Sainsei

Terms of use

Version 1.0 (DRAFT, written in-house). These terms apply from the first pilot. They will be reviewed by a lawyer later; any change will be announced in advance.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. The service

Sainsei provides a quarterly team barometer: an AI-led check-in for employees, an aggregated report and an action loop for the employer. The service is intended for organisations of up to about 20 employees.

2. No individual evaluation

Sainsei measures the organisation, not individuals. The customer agrees not to use Sainsei, or any output of it, to evaluate, rank, monitor, select, promote, discipline or dismiss any individual, and not to attempt to re-identify respondents.

3. Customer responsibilities

4. Pricing and billing

The service is billed per completed check-in, at the price shown in the app before a cycle opens. Invites that are never completed are not billed. A free pilot may be offered at our discretion.

5. Data protection

Personal data is processed under our data processing agreement, in the EU. See the privacy notice.

6. Not professional advice

Reports and suggested actions are decision support. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice and do not replace the legally required psychosocial risk analysis.

7. Liability, term and law

The service is provided as is, within the availability we aim to keep. Our total liability for direct damage under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage caused by the customer's own use of the reports.

Either party may terminate with one month's written notice, effective at the end of a calendar month. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. On termination, account data is deleted or returned at the customer's choice, as set out in the data processing agreement.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
