Sainsei is a mobile learning platform that delivers AI-powered knowledge retention campaigns through bite-sized content and spaced repetition techniques. Our service includes:

• Mobile application for learning content delivery

• Analytics and progress tracking
• Push notification system
• Team management features

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Credit-Based System

Our Service operates on a credit-based pricing model where 1 credit equals 1 Spark sent to 1 user. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.

6.2 Billing

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Service Availability
